How do I cancel?

One tap: You → Membership → Cancel (or Manage, which opens Apple's subscription page). No phone calls, no retention maze. If you cancel during a free trial, you won't be charged.

Where's my made-for-you meditation?

Custom meditations arrive within a day. We email you the moment it's ready. If it's been longer, reply to your confirmation email and we'll chase it down.

Audio won't play / stops in the background

Check your connection first — sessions stream. Background playback and lock-screen controls are supported; if they misbehave, force-quit the app and reopen. Offline downloads are coming to Plus.

My streak looks wrong

A day counts once you've practiced at least one minute. Streaks are forgiving by design — if something still looks off, email us with the date and we'll fix it.

Restore my purchase

On the paywall, tap "Restore purchases" with the same Apple ID you bought with.

Delete my account

Email us from your account address — deleted within 30 days. Privacy details here.
